Shandong Serin Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was established in October 2024 and the office is located in Dongying City, Shandong Province.  Serin Petrochemical is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Linzheng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. and Panjin Kaiheng Chemical Co., Ltd.  Serin Petrochemical is mainly engaged in the overseas market sales of phthalic anhydride products (Naphthalene method and O-xylene method ) and a full range of C9 resin products.
